House of Light
Concept and strategy for a cultural centre

UiWe develops concept, strategy and business model for a future cultural centre in Hornbæk, North Zealand. The cultural centre is to be constructed on a spectacular site right by the sea and the town centre. The project combines concept development, functional programming and financing as well as stakeholder analysis and communication.
Public Identity
Identity building and communication
Public Architects / 2008-2009

The new identity emphasizes the public focus of the office’s work in an updated tradition of DSB Architects. In the concept design we focused on showing the user focus in Public Architect’s work method.
Zoom on the boom
Research and exhibition concept
UiWe/MKL / 2009-
UiWe collaborates with architecture collective MKL on the exhibition “Zoom on the boom – seven samples of Chinese cities under change”. The exhibition is based on the team’s research tour in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta. Zoom on the Boom attempts to give ground-level perspectives on the diversity of urban life and challenges unfolding in Pearl River Delta. The project is supported by The Danish Ministry of Culture and the Danish Arts Foundation.
Rethinking libraries
Concept development and communication

Battle of Rabbit Town

UiWe / Pagh production 2008
Battle of Rabbit Town, directed by Christian Pagh, offers a rarely seen look into the corruption and dedication of the political back alleys of Brazil, following two rivalling community leaders in a favela in Recife, North Brazil, during a tough election for city government.
